The completion of the transaction follows the regulatory approval of the deal in over 20 countries and regions including the EU, U.S., China, India, Japan and Brazil. Deal Close

I am a customer of GE and/or Alstom. Who is my commercial person? Will my contact change over time?

You should continue to work with your current contacts. It will take time for GE and Alstom to fully integrate the commercial organization and we’ve requested our team continue to serve their customers in the interim. Ultimately as the businesses integrate, commercial opportunities will be posted and new team members named. We understand the process can be taxing and our goal is to ensure your needs are met during the transition and beyond.

I am a customer of GE and/or Alstom. How do I escalate an issue?

You should continue to work with your current commercial contact. The commercial leaders have been named in each region for each product line. If you are having a commercial issue, please ask your commercial contact to pull in the appropriate regional leader. GE is committed to serving you through this transition and the highest level of our organization will engage to resolve any concerns.

Will my T&Cs change on my contract?

T&Cs on your existing contracts will not change.

If I have a service need for my Alstom equipment, who do I contact?

Your contact for servicing Alstom equipment will remain your Alstom contact and vice versa for GE Servicing. GE commits to remaining transparent and communicating regularly on the integration activities that may impact customers.

Contracts

Will GE honor Alstom bids and existing contracts?

GE will honor all valid bids (including equipment, integrated solutions, services, and retrofits) as well as contracts finalized prior to the closing regardless of the Alstom Power legal entity that signed it.

GE will also work directly with customers where a proposal has been issued by both GE & Alstom pre-close.
