Knowledge Network

Competence Center

Available around the clock, this contact point electronically links an efficient team of specialists with decades of experience in field service to databases and diagrams, providing direct access to plants through the Hermes remote data transmission system for customer support. The Competence Center not only assists in problem cases, but also helps optimize and improve plants.

Repair Center

Originally founded to perform major overhauls required by our maintenance schedule, our Repair Center also offers overhauled engines, called short-blocks, which can be replaced step-by-step to reduce plant downtime. The Repair Center also reconditions used spare parts to become replacement parts.

Commissioning Team

Plant commissioning forms the basis of proper operation in keeping with the legal and economic requirements on the plant. Our commissioning team, which consists of experienced field service staff, commissions all GE modules worldwide. Our specialists perform the work according to a checklist, taking into account plant-specific requirements.
