Preventive Maintenance Contracts

The basic contract module includes wearing parts and the costs of labor and travel for preventive maintenance according to our maintenance schedule. When our knowledgeable personnel become familiar with your equipment through regularly scheduled maintenance, they can provide invaluable detailed feedback. We can also apply new technical innovations to existing plants.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Contracts

Preventive and corrective maintenance contracts include repairs, teleservice, specified plant availability and reaction times and insurance against machinery breakdown. Preventive and corrective maintenance contracts enable you to plan life-cycle costs across the entire contract period without concern about extra costs due to unexpected repairs or component failure.

Operation and Maintenance Contracts

Operation and maintenance contracts make GE Infrastructure completely responsible for the smooth operation of your entire installation. The primary advantage is that all services are supplied from a single source. Our service personnel constantly perform routine services such as oil changes, maintenance work and ignition adjustment, and we supply lubricating oil and other operating commodities and dispose of waste oil. We document all service and maintenance activities and plant availability thoroughly.

Teleservice Contracts

Hermes, our remote data transmission system with worldwide linkage via satellite, transmits technical data and pictures that enable us to provide much more effective costumer support than conventional hotlines. Unnecessary travel costs are avoided and downtime minimized. If on-site service is required, our service engineers can be dispatched immediately with the proper spare parts.
