2008 Steam Turbine & Generator Users Conference

Save the date for GE's annual technical conference for steam turbines and generators. This conference has a long history as the source for up-to-date information for steam turbine and generator owners and operators. New this year, we are expanding the conference program to include industrial and small steam turbine generators and mechanical drives.

Same conference, yet different …

We're going back to New York this year!

Date: July 08-10, 2008
Location: Crown Plaza-City Center, Albany, NY, USA

We’d like to invite your family to join us this year.
Scheduled for the week after the 4th of July holiday, we invite your families to enjoy a vacation in upstate New York during the event. While you are in the conference, your family can experience the many activities available in the Albany area. We are also planning to offer tours of the GE facilities and a tent event for the family. For information on what Albany has to offer, visit: A New Agenda, Greater Focus.
In response to your feedback, we have adjusted the agenda to give you more time in breakouts with industry peers. Track segments will include users from fossil, nuclear, combined cycle and industrial plants. In addition, we are adding breakout sessions in new categories to address the changing needs of our audience.

These sessions will discuss training, operations, component design, and new technology.
