While not a project developer, GE maintains a “Deal” Center of Excellence with project structuring and financing expertise to support any type of power generation project around the globe. The Center of Excellence can assist with project development from conceptualization through active development, construction, and operation, including project screening, proposal development, project structuring, contract negotiation, permitting and financing. In addition, the Center of Excellence can help arrange equipment and turnkey packages, power plant construction, plant operation and contractual maintenance and repair services.

We can work with you to provide the level of support you need, from total project development to co-development to project advisor. In the process, this Center of Excellence applies the principles of “Design for Six Sigma” to help you improve marketplace competitiveness and maximize revenue and margin growth.

In addition, our “Deal” Center of Excellence closely monitors trends across the energy market. It applies its market expertise to help GE identify and launch new products, analyze project-specific potential and risk, and keep our expanding portfolio of products and services aligned with market needs. The Center applies the same market expertise to assist you in your project development initiatives.
