LCI Drives for Fan, Pump & Compressor Applications

What will I learn from this course?

This course is designed for engineering and maintenance personnel who configure, and maintain the TMEIC - GE LCI drive. Laboratory assignments include hardware identification, Hyper terminal communications, understanding the monitor commands, and user diagnostic tests. The Quick Panel™ will also be used as a diagnostic tool, to enhance the monitoring, and troubleshooting of the drive. This course will utilize Simulators, and a full functioning LCI. Lectures and hands-on exercises develop a thorough understanding of the equipment.

Qualified engineers and technicians who wish to gain an understanding of the LCI synchronous drive system.

Prerequisites

Electrical experience / education and familiarity with Windows. Reasonable computer skills Instruction is given in English; therefore, a reasonable ability to read and understand spoken English is required.
