Workscope: Remove/Replace Shrunk-on Wheels

• Remove coupling keys (as required)
• Remove, clean, and inspect coupling
• Remove, clean, and inspect balance ring
• Remove, clean, and inspect locking/retaining rings
• Remove, clean, and inspect wheel(s)
• Clean and inspect rotor
• Re-assemble wheel(s):
  

  -	Receive new or repaired wheel(s)
  -	Clean and inspect wheel(s)
  -	Heat and install wheel
  -	Fit and install wheel keys

• Install locking and retaining ring
• Heat and install balance ring, if applicable
• Heat and install coupling
• Ream, fit, and install coupling keys
• Turn down rotor and set up in lathe
• Skim cut/grind coupling face(s), if applicable
• NDE (MPI) complete rotor
