• Visually inspect nozzle plate
• Blast clean and NDE
• Perform dimensional inspection
• Report incoming conditions

• Visually inspect nozzle box
• Blast clean and NDE
• Perform dimensional inspection
• Report incoming conditions

• Cut back partitions to remove damaged area
• Weld partitions with 410 filler wire
• Grind partitions to correct area and contour (using contour gage)
• Weld steam seal face
• Full oven stress relief
• Complete area and harmonic analysis
• Machine seal face for proper nozzle axial location
• Perform final NDE
• Diffusion coat partitions*

• Cut back partitions to remove damaged area
• Weld partitions with 410 filler wire
• Grind partitions to correct area and contour (using contour gage)
• Full oven stress relief
• Complete area and harmonic analysis
• Perform final NDE
