Workscope: Tenon Weld Repair
- Clean and identify bucket(s)
- Make copper mold for tenon(s) and fixture for bucket handling, as required
- Weld repair tenon(s) as per GE procedures
- Stress relieve with salt bath
- Handwork welded areas to re-establish tenon height and contour
- Perform final NDE inspections
