Workscope: Finger Dovetail Bucket Replacement

• Perform incoming inspection
• Remove old buckets, pins and covers from turbine rotor
• Clean dovetail and perform non-destructive examination
• Install new buckets and covers on rotor
• Install new tiewires, if applicable
• Ream pinholes to ensure adequate clean-up, as necessary
• Install finger dovetail pins and stake
• Machine buckets and covers to drawing dimensions
• Perform magnetic particle inspection on new buckets, tenons, and covers
