Diagnostic Testing
Diagnostic testing helps you schedule outages and minimize emergencies. GE can provide a full line of diagnostic testing services, both in our service centers and at your site, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our trained experts evaluate and diagnose all your motor-related problems using the latest diagnostic tools, including full voltage testing, load testing, core loss evaluation, motor circuit analysis, vibration analysis and thermographic surveys/infrared analysis.
GE's service centers have the capability to perform these tests and help you evaluate results. Motor testing combined with visual inspection by a trained GE motor specialist can be a major deterrent of unplanned outages, and can dramatically increase the life of your equipment.
Transportation Services

For the quickest possible turn-around, we also provide unit exchanges on select motors, generators and component parts, while we repair your failed equipment. With unit exchange, you can get back to your operational functions on the same day without the premium cost associated with expedited repair service.
