Mobile Transformer Oil Reclamation Plant

The Mobile Reclamation Plant can be designed specifically for on-site use to completely reclaim transformer oils in energized or de-energized transformers. The main application of the reclamation plant is in the removal of acidity, sludge and soluble oil decay products. The equipment also performs degassing and dehydration functions. The oil leaving the plant will have an improved oxidation stability, improved color and reduced gassing tendency.

The complete plant can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated in a semi-trailer, box truck or sea freight container.

The most unique feature of the plant is its ability to reclaim the oil continuously using a cyclic program that reactivates the media columns. Reactivation of media is fully automated and enables the plant to process oil again and again using the same media. A computer-controlled program allows continuous oil reclamation in transformers without interrupting power transmissions.
