Brilliance Wireless Solar Meter

GE Energy's new solar energy system meter package includes everything needed to measure and compare a home's consumption and solar array production.

Studies have shown that knowing energy consumption can reduce consumption habits up to 10 percent. Now homeowners with GE Brilliance Solar Systems can compare how much energy they are using with how much their solar systems are producing in an informative and easy-to-read way.

At the touch of a button, the GE Brilliance Wireless Solar meter offers real-time, daily, monthly and yearly power and energy data. In addition, the unit's 900 MHz wireless communication allows more flexibility in placement within the home and reduces installation costs.

The wireless meter product is offered with the purchase of a residential GE Brilliance system and comes with a 1yr GE limited warranty. It is specifically designed for use on service panels 200Amps or below. Some utility service panels that are combined with the kWh meter may not allow use of consumption portion of meter due to limited space or access - check with your local GE installer to see if the system will work on your home.
