Optimizer software maximizes the profitability, rather than the efficiency, of your plant by combining plant heat balances with a plant financial model. It can be tuned to match the degradation of each component individually, and it executes quickly and produces reliable solutions.

Online Mode (Automatic Operation)

In online mode, Optimizer software module automatically computes current plant economic parameters such as the cost of electricity generated, cost of the last megawatt, cost of process steam and plant operating profit every five minutes.

Offline Mode (Manual Operation)

You can use offline mode to simulate steady-state performance, analyze "what-if" scenarios, analyze budget and upgrade options and predict current power generation capability, target heat rate, correction of current plant operation to guarantee conditions, impact of operational constraints and maintenance actions and fuel consumption.
