WinJECT is a fully automated, closed-loop control system that operates by correlating precipitator operating information to opacity and ash resistivity, and adjusts your existing SO3 injection skid to automatically maintain the lowest possible opacity and optimum SO3 usage.

No operator interaction is required, and the system is easy to configure. All parameters in the WinJECT SO3 system are user adjustable, and the software provides site-to-site customization.

Features

WinJECT SO3 operates by continually polling inputs from the SQ-300® voltage controls, boiler loads, opacity levels, current injection rates, gas temperatures, CPM® data, and information from PI™ servers or DCS Links software programs. All these data are collected in the InfoPort® system, which provides the necessary inputs to operate the WinJECT algorithm.

WinJECT SO3 then optimizes the SO3 injection rate by providing a signal to the injection skid. The process is continually repeated, ensuring that precipitator and skid performance are constantly optimized. By linking together all the various parts, from boiler to stack monitors, WinJECT SO3 automatically keeps the sulfur injection skid and precipitator operating in unison at peak performance.
