Each SQ-300™ is hand-built in GE's ISO 9002-registered facility, and meets NASA's NHB-5300 specs for high-reliability ground support equipment. All components used are the highest quality available, and the circuit boards are resin-coated to protect from dust and moisture. Each control is tested for 100 hours at 142° F (60° C) to ensure reliability, and the Intel® microprocessors are mounted in tough aircraft-style machined pin sockets, making them easily replaceable and upgradeable.

Intel® microprocessors are used throughout, and all units are shipped pre-programmed for ease of use. Program parameters can be supplied on disk, loaded on your computer, then downloaded into your SQ-300s to reduce initial set-up time. All program parameters can also be easily keyed in at the control panel.
