Get The Discharge Electrode You Need

GE manufactures our own discharge electrodes (DEs), so we can supply the electrode you need in very short lead times. We stock various electrode materials, sizes and shapes to perfectly match your existing electrodes, or provide an engineered upgrade to increase the performance of your ESP.

Premium quality

Our wire electrode shrouds are fixture-rolled and formed, and the wire insertion hole is chamfered on the inside and radiused on the outside to prevent mechanical abrasion and spit arcing. At the swage end, a minimum insertion of 1 in. (25.4 mm) into the shroud ensures a high strength, permanent connection. We also perform pull-testing of sample wires from each order, to guarantee compliance with our exacting standards for quality.

Our wire line meets ISO 9002 International Quality Standards, so you know you can rely on our DEs. You can even arrange for a tour of our plants to watch DEs and other parts being made.

Special orders are our specialty
