Reuter Stokes Measurement Solutions Product Repair Form

Use this form when requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for product returns (Warranty, non-warranty and calibration).

This form will directly submit your request for a RMA number to a Reuter Stokes Customer Service Representative. Please do not return any equipment until a Customer Service Representative generates and sends a RMA confirmation to the requestor. The return of any product without a RMA authorization will result in delays and/or the immediate return of the material.

Notes:
  • All returns identified as non-warranty items are subject to a $500 (US Dollar) minimum charge for each evaluation.
  • Failure to respond to a repair quote within 60 days will result in product being returned as-is.
  • Warranty returns must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased. Failure to return items with all original assemblies, components and/or parts may result in rejection of the warranty claim.
  • Service and shipping charges to and from Reuter Stokes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
