Credit Return Form for Bently Nevada Products
Use this form to obtain authorization to return your Bently Nevada product(s) for CREDIT
If you require REPAIR or REPAIR AND CALIBRATION, please use our Repair Request Form.
If you require CALIBRATION ONLY, please use our Calibration Request Form.

Instructions:
To return a product for credit, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) using the steps below. Please do not return any products until we provide you with an RMA#. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.
- Step 1: Before requesting an RMA for a credit return, please ensure that all of the following criteria are met:
- Stock standard hardware and software only (i.e., no custom or modified products)
- Must be six months or less from date of invoice (or six months from delivery if part of a project installed by GE’s Bently Nevada team)
- Must be unused and in original packaging
- Only one sales order per RMA allowed
- 25% minimum restocking fee

- Step 3: Your request will be reviewed by our Credit Returns Department and, if eligible, an RMA# will be issued to you via e-mail along with instructions for returning the item(s).
