Symptoms

CycleLink does not consistently display the GateCycle software Run dialog box when an analysis run is made from within CycleLink. This behavior occurs with all versions of Microsoft® Excel.

Cause

The code used to obtain the process handle for the analysis has a bug in it. We are aware of this bug and are working on a patch to address it.

Resolution

Please check the upgrades section of this site for a new patch that addresses this issue. There is no known workaround for this issue at the present time.
