Equations that were present in the GateCycle version 5.2x online help file are no longer visible in the GateCycle version 5.3 online help file.

Cause

Our conversion to Microsoft® Word 2000 caused a problem with our help file assembler software that made the equations disappear. This problem is caused by a known bug. The GateCycle version 5.31 patch addresses it.

Resolution

Please visit the upgrades section of this site and download the GateCycle version 5.31 (or higher) patch that addresses this issue.
