Most GateCycle software technical support is provided from the Minden, Nevada office at (800) 488-1915 (option 1) or (775) 215-1818.

European customers can call our Austrian office at +43 316 674422. Additional international support may be available through your reseller.

You can also email support questions to GateCycle.license@ps.ge.com for installation and licensing issues or GateCycle.support@ps.ge.com for other support issues. From inside GateCycle software, you can select the command 'Mail Tech Support' under the Help menu or 'Send Model' under the File menu.
