"Help File Not Found" When Icon Entry Form "Help" Button Is Used

Symptoms

The first use of the "Help" button in any equipment icon data entry screen may display a gcw-help.hlp help file not found message and then ask you to find the file yourself.

Cause

The cause of this problem is unknown.

Resolution

If this error occurs, answer Yes when you are asked if you want to locate the gcw-help.hlp file yourself. Navigate to the folder in which the GateCycle software was initially installed, and select the Help subfolder. The file gcw-help.hlp should be located there. After you have located the file in this manner one time, the problem should not reoccur.
