Symptoms

Attempting to generate any of GateCycle software's "Grid Reports" causes the errors shown below:



These errors are repeatedly displayed until the report generation is complete or the user stops the GateCycle software process.

Cause

The Microsoft® Data Access Objects (DAO) software is not installed on your system. GateCycle software's "Grid Reports" feature requires DAO to function properly.
