Symptoms

CycleLink crashes Microsoft Excel with an application error when you close the program.

Cause

The problem may be caused by a bug in Microsoft's dynamic link libraries (DLLs) for the Windows 95 operating system. The problem occurs only if the Hardlock key security mechanism is used on the Windows 95 operating system.

Resolution

Currently, there is no resolution for this problem.
