Aftermarket Parts Our aftermarket parts program includes Remanufactured, Repair & Return, Exchange and Test & Recertification. Remanufactured Parts A cost-effective method of purchasing a remanufactured item without the need to return a defective unit. Remanufactured units are fully reconditioned, tested, repackaged and carry an 18-month limited warranty on the entire unit. Repair & Return Most cost-effective repair option. Customers send their defective circuit cards or electronic sub-assemblies to GE Energy for Repair and Return. Circuit boards will be repaired to the same revision level as received, will carry an eighteen-month edge-to-edge warranty and will include comprehensive test reports. Exchange Customers can receive quick access to replacement circuit cards from GE Energy’s extensive stock of repaired parts inventory. Exchange cards are repaired and tested to the same standards as Repair and Return products and carry an eighteen-month edge-to-edge warranty. This program requires that defective cards be returned to GE Energy within 30 days of shipment. Test and Recertification Affordable option for verifying your inventory.
