Calibration Request Form for Bently Nevada Products

Use this form to obtain authorization to return your Bently Nevada product(s) for CALIBRATION ONLY

If you require REPAIR or REPAIR AND CALIBRATION, please use our Repair Request Form.
If you want to return a product for CREDIT, please use our Credit Return Form.

Instructions :
To send a product to us for calibration, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) using the steps below. Please do not ship any products until we provide you with an RMA#. Shipments will not be accepted without an RMA#.

  • Step 1: Contact us using one of the following methods, providing as much detail as possible:
      - Via the Calibration Request Form on this page (this is the preferred method)
      - Via e-mail to our Calibration and Repair Department

  • Step 2: Your request will be processed and an RMA# will be issued to you via e-mail along with instructions for returning the item(s) for calibration.

Notes:

  • Calibration Charges: You will receive a quote for calibration at the time an RMA number is issued, unless you request a quote prior to us issuing an RMA number. Please include a copy of your Purchase Order when sending the product to the calibration center or fax a copy to 775-215-2893. Equipment received for calibration without a valid Purchase Order will be returned as-is within 14 days.
  • Expedited Calibration: Expedited calibrations receive priority treatment. There is a 25% adder for this expedited service.
