Portable Data Collector
Snapshot™ TIM Tester
By using an appropriate cable accessory kit, our Snapshot™ for Windows* CE portable data collector can be used to verify and configure Trendmaster® Pro systems, allowing field testing and diagnostics of system components such as cables, transducers, and TIMs. A TIM Tester can operate as a single-purpose device, or it can be combined with other available Snapshot CE functions such as vibration data collection/analysis and machinery balancing.
Note: All new Snapshot CE data collectors currently being shipped come pre-installed with appropriate TIM Tester internal circuitry and software - simply purchase the appropriate cable kit to begin using TIM testing functions. Customers who already own a Snapshot CE data collector and wish to add TIM testing functionality should consult with their nearest GE sales professional. Depending on the date of manufacture, it may be necessary to return the instrument to the factory to enable this functionality via appropriate circuit board upgrades and software installation. The upgrade (if required) is provided free of charge when a TIM Tester cable kit is purchased.
Calibration Micrometers
Precision Micrometers
The 3300 XL Precision Micrometer permits bench testing of proximity transducers using a factory-supplied target. The 3300 XL Shaft Micrometer allows similar testing in the field using the actual shaft surface. Both micrometers are specifically designed to perform acceptance testing on transducer systems to the transducer’s performance specifications or to the American Petroleum Institute’s Standard API 670.

TK-3 Proximity Probe Calibration Instrument
Introducing our new, improved proximity system test kit. This portable instrument is used for both static and dynamic verification of proximity probes. The TK3, commonly referred to as the Wobulator™ , verifies the operating condition of the monitor readouts as well as the condition of the proximity transducer system. A properly calibrated system ensures that the transducer inputs and resulting monitor readings are accurate. New features include a universal probe mount that will accommodate probe diameter from 5 to 19 mm, a more rugged case, increased reliability, and a convenient magnetic mountable spindle micrometer.
 
RK 4 Rotor Kit
Our RK 4 Rotor Kit is a miniature, bench top rotating machine that simulates a number of machinery malfunctions including unbalance, rubs, fluid-induced instabilities, loose rotating parts, preloads, and others.
