3300/04 Transducer Output Panel
This module is used to provide power and buffered output
connections for additional transducers installed on
a machine that are not permanently monitored, but are
useful for diagnostic purposes.
The weatherproof housing is used to enclose the 3300
rack, protecting it from dust and moisture, while still
allowing the user to see status and other indicators
through the see-through glass door. The housing can
also be used for applications where purge air is used
to meet hazardous area requirements.
This kit allows a 3300 rack to be expanded, up to a
maximum size of 14 positions, allowing the economical
addition of 3300 modules to an existing rack without
the need for new Power Supplies or System Monitor modules.
When intrinsically safe applications are required, you
can eliminate the need for external zener barriers and
associated housings by using 3300's built-in barriers.
They save installation costs and provide greater reliability
than external barriers. Internal barriers are incorporated
into the I/O module associated with each monitor type,
and are ordered via the individual monitor datasheets.
