These self-contained monitors are designed to address essential and balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment assets that require continuous machinery protection but do not warrant the cost of larger, more sophisticated rack-based monitoring systems like the 3500 Series. 1900 monitors provide a simple and cost-effective way to apply machinery protection on selected machines or points. They are designed to operate as stand-alone units, or in conjunction with our Trendmaster® Pro on-line condition monitoring system.

1900/65A General Purpose Equipment Monitor
Targeting essential and balance-of-plant (BOP) equipment, the 1900/65A is designed to offer affordable stand-alone, multi-channel monitoring on those assets that require continuous machinery protection but do not warrant the cost of larger, more sophisticated monitoring systems like the 3500 Series that are intended for critical turbomachinery. the 1900/65A adds support for RTD type temperature sensors, inexpensive on-line installation via 232 or 485 connectors, trip multiply functionality to reduce unwanted machine trips and flexible dynamic channels that can be easily configured for either speed, position of vibration.
Vibration Monitor Interface Kit
1900/65A to Trendmaster® DSM Interface Kit
This hardware kit provides customers with all the necessary parts to interface the outputs from a 1900/65A general-purpose equipment monitor to System 1® via a Trendmaster Dynamic Scanning Module (DSM) interface. It is a cost effective way to supply customers with a System 1 diagnostic and optimization solution for their general equipment monitoring system.
Radial Vibration Monitor
1900/15 Proximitor® Monitor
This self-contained monitor accepts input from a single 3300 Series 5mm, 8mm, or NSv™ proximity transducer system and provides indication and alarming associated with radial vibration measurements. It features a built-in Trendmaster® Pro interface.
Proximitor Monitor
1900/17 Proximitor® Monitor
This self-contained monitor is identical to the 1900/15, but it provides a 4 to 20 mA interface instead of a Trendmaster® Pro interface.
 
1900/25 Seismic Vibration Monitor
This self-contained monitor accepts input from a compatible Trendmaster® Pro accelerometer, conditions the signal into zero-to-peak velocity units, and provides indication and alarming associated with radial vibration measurements. It features a built-in Trendmaster® Pro interface.
 
1900/27 Seismic Vibration Monitor
This self-contained monitor is identical to the 1900/25, but it provides a 4 to 20 mA interface instead of a Trendmaster® Pro interface.
