GE Energy Meters Voice of Customer Forum, September 18-20,2006

GE Energy hosted a Meters Voice of the Customer Forum in Boston, MA from September 18 through September 20 at the Marriott Boston Copley Place. This forum was an opportunity to learn more about challenges our direct-served customers face as well as to explore how GE metering technology helps to resolve those challenges. The session also included a tour of our Somersworth, NH metering facility which is about an hour from Boston.

The session featured "customer-centric" discussions on GE's new product roadmap, technology trends in metering and AMR/AMI, AMI business case challenges and best practices, and an opportunity for customers to network and exchange ideas.

This forum was well received by all that were involved and planning has started for the 2007 forum.
