Tranquell Station Class, 3-800kv

Tranquell surge arresters are designed to protect against over voltages such as lightning or switching. Station class arresters are used in large electric utility and industrial substations to protect transformers and other substation equipment from lightning and switching surge generated over voltages. Tranquell Station arresters provide both excellent protective characteristics and temporary over voltage capability and are available in both Polymer and Porcelain Housing configurations.
