The range of Subsea Connection System features diverless connectors and tooling system to meet various application requirements to connect flowlines and umbilicals to e.g. a X-mas tree or subsea manifold.

The core of every connection system is the connector itself, along with its sealing system. VetcoGray product portfolio contains a family of different connection systems, designed to cover a wide variety of applications, based on the use of the three main types of connectors:
  • Clamp connectors
  • Collet connectors
  • Mandrel connectors

The majority of systems supplied uses the clamp connector, in a vertical (VCCS) or horizontal configuration (HCCS).

The HCCS is developed is line sizes from 4” to 42”, and the VCCS from 4” to 16”, and for single bore, dual bore and multibore applications.

The different connectors can be operated with or without ancillary connection tooling, pending configuration and application.

The product portfolio includes ROV tooling and ROTS systems, designed to provide pull-in, connection, cleaning and seal replacements support.
