In-Situ Material Property Determination We determine the pipe material characteristics as a basis for integrity planning, primarily for purchased or older systems whose material data is unknown or records are in conflict. A report detailing pipe material properties, or reports using this data for other calculations, determinations and integrity plans
Above-Ground Surveys We provide a range of surveys to suit the specific needs of your program, including evaluations of coating condition, soil conditions and types and CP systems. Reports detailing and analyzing the survey results
Route Surveys We provide ground-based or aerial pipeline surveys to identify third-party activities in or near the pipeline corridor, spot possible leak conditions, ensure the right of way is maintained in a vegetation-free state and survey the pipeline’s location (for old or acquired systems). A right of way report
Pipeline Modifications and Equipment Procurement We manage temporary or permanent pipeline modifications to ensure full-bore capacity for running in-line inspection tools. An inspectable line with detailed reports of all hardware left on the pipeline or used to complete the project
Coating and CP System Evaluation and Optimization We evaluate a pipeline’s external coating and its impact on CP system performance. A report on the pipeline coating and CP system with recommendations for remedial actions
Online NDT / NDE We manage pipeline excavation and direct assessment of critical pipeline anomalies. A detailed report on investigated anomalies and recommended repair strategy
In-Field Project Management We supervise and coordinate all field activities for clients who do not have staffing available to manage projects. A program executed to predefined time, cost and quality standards, including reports detailing field operations, justifications for in-field decisions, and cost accounting summaries.
