GE has produced anti-surge valves since 1968, and has continuously improved the technology. Designed for centrifugal compressor anti-surge and recirculation loops, our anti-surge valves have been tested extensively with our compressors.

To withstand emergency conditions, anti-surge valves open within a 0.5 to 2 second range, guaranteeing steady and smooth operation. They are equipped with a low-noise device (VECO trim) that reduces noise by reducing the velocity of the fluid.
