The Customer Personal Data will all be provided by the customer representative. You may obtain a copy of the Customer Personal Data pertaining to you and submit updates and corrections to it by requesting that from the Controller at this address. The Controller will store the Customer Personal Data in the United Kingdom. The following are intended recipients of the Customer Personal Data in addition to Controller: sales and marketing personnel within GE and their agents. These intended recipients are located in the United States, Canada, Germany, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Malaysia, and Italy. The Customer Personal Data will be processed for the following purposes: email distribution of marketing newsletters and product updates. Appropriate measures will be used to protect the Customer Personal Data from unauthorized or unlawful access or disclosure. Information will be retained until GE is advized it is no longer correct or until we receive your request to be removed from this database. By submitting Customer Personal Data, you acknowledge and agree to these uses of it.
