Our commitment to invest in technology and innovation focuses not only on the development of new products but also on the optimization of existing equipment, both through better maintenance practices and upgrades. One way in which we do this is through Global Services Technical Bulletins, which represent one of our most important communication channels for staying in touch with our customers. Our technical service department issues approximately 40-50 Technical Bulletins each year, addressing mandatory alerts and campaigns, as well as optional service programs.

The optional category includes routine maintenance and proposed value packages to enhance asset availability, reliability and performance beyond their current installed specifications. The program has been running for several years now and has been extremely well received by our customers. The purpose of these bulletins is to give each customer’s technical team the opportunity to evaluate in detail what is involved so they can be better prepared for routine maintenance activities and have all the information they need to make informed decisions and plan for optional equipment upgrades.

This year we launched a new online customer portal to enable faster and simpler delivery of our Technical Bulletins. After registering, customers can log in at anytime and easily access or download all bulletins relating to their assets. Queries can be made by technology type, equipment serial number, bulletin number, title/keyword, issue date and category.

An option is included to receive automatic email notifications of new technical bulletins relating to your equipment, as opposed to having to log in online to search for updates.
