Unique Leadership & Management Skills

Junior military officers (JMOs) are recognized throughout GE's Energy team as having unique leadership experience and management skills. GE is well known throughout the business world for turning military leaders into business leaders.

We currently employ hundreds of former JMOs in challenging areas ranging from production and quality to sourcing and sales.

Program Overview

We are always looking for driven, competitive and achievement-oriented individuals who have:

  • A proven record of success throughout their military careers
  • Leadership qualities, maturity and accountability
  • Technical or advanced academic degrees (though not required)
  • An ability to solve problems, delegate tasks and achieve goals
  • An eagerness to learn and master new roles quickly
